Fast Pass deleted from MDE

Wondering if anyone has experienced this.

I logged on at 7am at my 60 day mark and booked Flight of Passage as my first FP. It’s now gone and none are available.

I called Disney and was told they also see it being booked at 7:01am but won’t put it back on because they see be going in to cancel it at 9am which I know I didn’t do. I explained to them that I know how to use the app and am certain I didn’t cancel. I asked if it could’ve been a glitch and was told that it was possible and unless you’re in property you should be using a desktop to book FPs. I again asked if they would honor my FP and they said no because they see a cancellation.

Any advice on how to get this resolved? It was the one attraction my daughter couldn’t go on last time which is why I made sure to book it at 7:01.

Call them and tell them that you think it's definitely a glitch on their end and you didn't cancel it - they should be able to check the history on your account - then ask them if they can issue you an all-time day F P since there are no longer any times available

Are you linked to and do you Share Plans with others who have their own MDX accounts?

If you do, anyone in the linked accounts can mess up your plans. Disney can track account activity so you may or may not be successful in blaming it on a glitch.
 
Thanks for your responses. Disney is saying at 7:10am Tuesday an Apple ID cancelled my FP. It doesn’t make sense since I saw the FP there on Wednesday. I spoke to 5 different people today and wasn’t juggled all over and everyone basically said sorry but we aren’t going to help you. I had one person say they’d put it back on if they didn’t see the cancellation. No one else has access to my app. It’s honestly the strangest thing ever and I’m totally bummed out. Any chance they add additional FP at the 30 day mark?

It's a small chance but I snagged one last nite for Aug 3. I was not able to get it at my 60 day mark so was shocked to find it. Also the day of you can try the refresh method to get one. Or another option is to go right before closing as the wait times are inflated and not as bad as listed
 
Our AK day is 8/29 and we had planned to go at night instead of the day. Our FP for FOP was 6:30-7:30. I’ve only been to AK in the morning/early afternoon. Are wait times still crazy at night?

What are the FP rides and windows that you hold for that day? Is 1 already close to park closing?

Yes they are crazy still throughout the day. However, you are going opening day of Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at Disney's Hollywood Studios and the first day of Food and Wine Festival at EPCOT. Who knows what the other parks are going to look like on that day...If you are worried about how long the line is, just get in line before park closing if you want to ride FOP without a fastpass.
 
I have been looking at day of fastpasses since I got my AP and I have seen FOP a few times. So keep looking!
 
Go to guest services when you’re there and explain to them the situation. They have the power to issue you another fast pass, I’m sure they’ll help you!

Guest Relations will have access to the OP’s account. They will see that the OP has a ‘file’ of IT interactions where 5 IT CMs have noted the Cancellation of the FoP FPs.

They will also view the other FPs. If any original FPs are for the 6:30-7:30 window or overlap that time period, they won’t issue FoP FPs.

Well it’s worked for me before, on 2 different occasions, it doesn’t hurt to ask!
 
Sorry you’re having such a hard time. Keep checking the app for FOP. I’ve seen it pop up a couple times for my trip so it is still possible. I actually have mine for an afternoon and I’m hoping something will pop up for earlier with a bit of day of refreshing. Now if only I could get that lucky with slinky dog.
 
Keep checking for FPs throughout the day, and if that doesn't work, I'd do as others have mentioned and get in line relatively close to the end of the night. (Just not right at the last minute in case they close down the line.)
