Wondering if anyone has experienced this.
I logged on at 7am at my 60 day mark and booked Flight of Passage as my first FP. It’s now gone and none are available.
I called Disney and was told they also see it being booked at 7:01am but won’t put it back on because they see be going in to cancel it at 9am which I know I didn’t do. I explained to them that I know how to use the app and am certain I didn’t cancel. I asked if it could’ve been a glitch and was told that it was possible and unless you’re in property you should be using a desktop to book FPs. I again asked if they would honor my FP and they said no because they see a cancellation.
Any advice on how to get this resolved? It was the one attraction my daughter couldn’t go on last time which is why I made sure to book it at 7:01.
