Fantasy Palo question

DH is in search of the perfect veal parmigiano. I told him about this Italian restaurant on the cruise that costs extra and is adults only. He may be interested. Is there a chance he will be able to order veal parmigiano? Will he want to, once he sees the other offerings?

While I have never seen a veal parm dish offered at Palo, let him know the chicken parm served at the Palo brunch is one of the best out there.
He will be happy if he tries it.
