I'll put notice on my door too. I made a remark on the spreadsheet that folks should head to our door for any last minute notices.

Thanks John; I may put a note on 8090 that we moved two doors down to 8094 - I kind of doubt that cabin will be filled since it seems there are quite a few open cabins for our cruise.

I can only have a very limited amount of alcohol, but there is a non alcoholic cocktail menu and some nice sounding coffees, both hot and iced.

Well, I leave for Orlando in a few hours and probably will not be posting anymore. Can't wait to meet everyone on the 19th! Thank you to everyone who has done the organizing for our group - it is much appreciated. Safe travels to all and see you at 3pm at the family pool! Enjoy!

Bf got the passport and evening is good to go ... Except that we have not started packing or buying anything from our lists of items needed ... I leave for la tmr to celebrate mothers day ... Come back mon and work mon tues we'd ... So i have a few hrs before the flight to pack .. I leave Vegas wed night ... I'm starting to panick a little how did the cruise creep up so fast!

Glad he got his passport and that its good to go! I hear you with packing we haven't even taken the suitcases out to start packing. We still have to get everything put away from my grandmother being here, and do laundry. Hopefully you'll get it all done and then it will be time to relax when we board 7 days from today!

I'm out of it again It's about 3am and I'm up in Cleveland sitting up with my aunt for night 3 of our shift of night watch over my cousin. Still in cardiac ICU fighting with all he's got in him. Palliative care came in today and he wants all that can be done to be done. So strong for someone they tell us is so weak! So then anesthesia came in to talk about putting a trach in under local bc he can't stay intubated forever but he can't be put under general since his heart is so weak but this won't happen til Tuesday when the muscular dystrophy doctor is in to oversee. So worried something is going to happen while we are gone... Ask me if I got trip insurance though... Ugh!!!!

Sorry-- mostly I'm just trying to stay awake I've been on Facebook for most of the night and needed a change of pace. That and I didn't want u guys to think I disappeared, haha

I forgot to say - had a nice surprise this week. I had forgotten that Mother's Day in the USA is a different date from the UK, Elisa has booked a table at the Biergarten in EPCOT for the day we arrive. I get two Mother's Days this year.

Tony, we won't have a computer onboard, but will have iPhones. I can mess around with trying to upload a few shots from the ship, but fair warning, I really don't know how to do it. Could I email you pictures instead? If so, you can PM it to me. I'm curious to see how the Internet access is, as it was really dismal in the Med last year. But I'd love to post some pics. Anyone curious about anything in particular?

Dinner last night at Fishlips. Greg had seared tuna appetizer and the yellowfin tuna wrap, and raved about both. Boys slept 11 hours last night and (crossed fingers) doesn't appear we will have any jet lag issues. greg, however, is struggling. His time change is 8 1/2 hours (yeah, nutty with the 1/2 hour), and had a rough (sleepy) night last night.

We can see the Fantasy from the boys' window. I'm feeling sad for the poor souls disembarking. Very excited, though. Weather is cloudy, breezy and warm. More soon.

It's the wee hours of the morning and I'm headed to work as I am working today instead of Tuesday, when we head down to Florida, so I will cheat and reuse last years entry again. Hope it is a blessed day for everyone!!!

Hey gang, hope the last week is passing smoothly for everyone.

Am in Cabanas having an early breakfast. The ship is beautiful, almost overwhelming there's so much to see. So far best surprise was Satellite Falls (which is adults only, btw. I know there was a question about that earlier.) it's bigger than I expected and really peaceful.

Eventful trip already. There have been two onboard medical emergencies. The first was last night, and the Captain turned the ship around and returned to Port Canaveral to evacuate a passenger. The cruise director said it was a first for the fantasy. No details, for the person's privacy. Then this morning at about 5:30 there was a full ship announcement (meaning it was even piped into the staterooms) which said "white star" and a room number. I asked a CM later and she confirmed it was a medical emergency, but of course, no more than that. Interesting that they seem to have codes.

Hope everything is OK with the passenger. When I woke up, I was awake, no luck falling back asleep, so I've been wandering and exploring. Beautiful morning at sea.

Tony (DizDaddy) - what a marvelous tribute to all mothers....I especially enjoyed the "Disney Moms" pictured!

It looks like people are winding down, leaving for their trips (safe travels), and "weaning" us off from this board

I have my magnets done, some little surprises that I found for the kids (even tho I am not doing FE), and once the laundry is done today, will pack! I know you will feel so sorry for me as I must pack for this trip, then, immediately leave to go "up north" to help DD23 move out of her college apartment, then come back to FL to take DD23 on her own cruise (SS not DCL as she has been waiting for a long time to sail on "the largest" ship), so lots of planning and packing to do this week!

I look forward to meeting everyone here who has been so friendly, welcoming, informative and fun!

Mati ~ I am making no promises , BUT there is a Sunrise Stretch class every morning at 7 at Senses, followed by Fab Abs at 7:30. Maybe if I have a workout buddy to motivate me, I might make it to a few of the classes .

Hi! I would love to do the stretch class & the Fab Abs I have been working out with a trainer and a workout buddy for the past 6 months, and I don't want to lose my momentum It would be great to have a support group! Only problem, I am by no means a morning person! I would like to give it a try though. Does anybody know when and where you sign up?

On another note, we are booked on the Golden Eagle Catamaran, but I was thinking of switching to Bernard's It looks like a lot of people are doing this excursion. I was always afraid to venture of on my own We have done the Golden Eagle previously, but I would like to see some of the island this time. We are doing the full day sail/snorkel in St Thomas so I should get plenty of water time! Anybody else doing this excursion?
