sorry, if this was already mentioned, but are the FE lists closed? I can't recall and I want to start finalizing my group - I'm in the Storm Troopers.

2months from yesterday and we will be boarding the ship!! Trying to get things together so I am not rushing at the last minute

Also, anyone going to the parks before the cruise?

Yes we will be doing 4 days (first visit) before the cruise and staying at the Animal Kingdom along with KaloMatt from the Stromtrooper group. We can't wait!!

IMPORTANT: there have been reports of items stolen from FE extenders, or the FE itself stolen...here are a few tips

• bring a zip tie and small scissors. Attached the FE to the fish with the zip tie...use the scissors to remove the FE before debarkation
• consider making your FE pockets close with velcro or zippers or some other fastener
• deliver gifts in the morning of sea days
• don't deliver gifts on port days when recepients may be off the ship and unable to empty the FE
• stop by your cabin often to empty your FE
• when giving large or high value gifts, knock and hand them directly to FE participants, no answer to the knock? repeat your visit until someone is in the cabin to answer the door
• tuck small items deep inside the FE pockets, if possible, to make them less visible
• some people have supported the use of a sign on the FE but I am unsure if it seems like a good idea... the sign says something like:
  • "Do you wonder what this is? This is a "Fish Extender" and it hold gifts exchanged between families. Sorry, these are not gifts for everyone, just the family in this cabin. You can participate by visiting www.disboards.com"

Assuming you were able to reserve your princess meet time (if you want) and Frozen meet time (if you want) when you did your online check in, the only other things I can think of are adult tasting classes. Perhaps others can think of something I may have missed

great tip I learned: you can access the Navigator ap from the ship IN THE PORT while waiting to board [doesn't need cellular data]...so you may be able to do some planning before boarding...I know we'll do this to identify some adult mixology times that work with our other plans before we board...remember, the phone ap identifies ALL of the event times during the whole cruise [unlike the paper Navigator] However, typically the Gingerbread house decorating is NOT listed in the paper Navigators so I don't know if it will be listed in the online ap

I noticed we have one cabin in our group list without a room number? Are they being replaced? We have already purchased FE but going to be a bummer if people are no show. :-(

Thanks for saying hello! Unfortunately, it seems that I should have removed a few more users who hadn't logged into the DISboards for awhile....you can see (in this link http://www.disboards.com/threads/fa...-with-the-mouse.3436114/page-31#post-56557732 ) that I posted the last log in for folks so that everyone could decide for themselves whether they are cruising with us...but I am pretty sure Momoney74 (the person without a room number) is not...
I apologize for the missed opportunity to create accurate lists...
I won't be replacing any group members or changing any lists to minimize the challenges for folks who have personalized their gifts...

Just to clarify, last names aren't contained in any DISboards info we can access....you just have to hope that folks will private message you or post the last names here...
this is one of the huge differences between the big social media site and DISboards

nice!! We're staying for 2 days before the cruise at AOA. Haven't decided if we're be going to the parks or just resort hopping/Disney Springs ....
