My last name is Christe....as for my daughter, her last name will change to Key on August 26 so let's go with Key....

Hello everyone!!! Yes!!! I did get all of my travel documentation!!! My TA emailed yesterday, and I now have them in my hands!!! I hope this means that everyone else's are not very far behind!!!!

We are cruising. We are on the list. I have confirmed that we are cruising. For some reason, I am no longer getting notifications from this thread. I am not always on the Boards. I have been fighting bronchitis and I have been very busy with life this month.

Unlike social media, people do not get notified when they are mentioned in posts. I have received a PM from one person lately. If you need to contact me, the Private Messages work. It may be a couple of days before I am on the Boards again to answer the PM. Please be patient. Also, make sure you have at least 10 posts. IMHO, if we start deleting people from our groups b/c we haven't heard from them in a while, we are going to have some very unhappy cruisers. There are some people who sign up for the FE, then get on with their life.....never dreaming that they will be deleted from the groups b/c they are not very active on the Boards.

I agree! Sometimes I am even on the DisBoards page, but my last login isn't showing correctly, either.

So excited for this cruise! I have been working on making our door decorations, and getting stuff together for the fish extender. I'm thinking about doing a Maine theme for the gifts we're giving. I thought it would be fun since that's where everyone in my group is from. Does that sound cliche, or interesting?

State-themed FE is a great idea - in 2006 (before FE expanded to what it is now) we did a state gift bag exchange - super fun!
I am sitting on my couch watching you-tube videos knowing that in just 5 Fridays we will be in Florida (and unable to sleep)

Ashley has a 7 mo old so I wouldn't be surprised if her time on the boards is limited...she checked in Sept 17 so that is just about the paid in full deadline for everyone so I am pretty sure she is going with us....but the call is yours...perhaps you could give the item without personalization?

Just to clarify, last names aren't contained in any DISboards info we can access....you just have to hope that folks will private message you or post the last names here...
this is one of the huge differences between the big social media site and DISboards
