Fantasmic, Illuminations or Wishes?

Just wondering but which do you like more..Fantasmic, Illuminations or Wishes? I havent seen Wishes yet but on a video, not in person, so for now I have to say my fav. is Illuminations.

It seems to me that the 1st 2 posters must not have ever seen the Fantasmic at Disneyland Resort?! That one puts the DS version to shame...so much so that we don't even care to see the DS version when we are at WDW. It is too dissapointing!!! Sorry for the ramble, my vote definitly goes to Wishes.... it's great!!!

Fantasmic is a close 2nd but I'd have to say Wishes. The beauty of the castle, that wonderful soundtrack, the flight of Tinkerbell. It's pure Disney magic!

Really, it's so awesome that all 3 are SO good. Can't really go wrong with any of them.

Since this is an identical poll to one that was done within the last month, I'll just say what I did on the last one.

I won't pick one, as to do so would disparage the other two.

When we visit we alternate, night-after-night, and see all three.

They each have so much to offer in their own unique style.

To miss one (or two) would be a shame.

We love 'em ALL!

p.s. I have to agree that Disneyland's Fantasmic! is a better show, but having to STAND in that MOB around the Rivers of America is scary! (But I've done so MANY times.)

While I have enjoyed all 3 of the shows, I chose Wishes.

Wishes embodies what Disney is all about, making dreams/wishes come true. The music and the castle and well.....I am about to cry thinking about it.

I just love Wishes!!!

Well I agree that all 3 is a cant miss thing but I dunno. Theres something about Illuminations that wishes and fantasmic dont do. I dunno what it is, but it defiantly makes people cry, LOL. Wishes you might see a couple ppl cry, but Illuminations seems like everytime I watch it theres people all around me balling like babies, LOL. But also listen to the applause as well. From the several different videos Ive seen, its not that great of a applause for Wishes. But Illuminations on the other hand the fireworks in my opinion are the best at Disney, the entire show is the best. It might not have all that fancy effects like fantasmic does, but wishes wow, yea the soundtrack is amazing but u see fireworks and thats it. And Tinkerbell for a split second. But Illuminations u have fountains, the globe, the music which is so amazing I could never get tired listening to it. I mean me and DH danced to We Go On at our wedding as the 1st dance and I walked down the aisle to We Go On Reprise (where the globe opens up). We will watch Wishes and Fantasmic one time each, but every night besides the 2 days we will watch wishes and fantasmic we are at epcot watching Illuminations. Like for our next trip we're going for 9 nights/10 days. Well we will see Illuminations 7 times, including the day we get there.

When forced to pick, I go with Illuminations. (Though we never miss any of them.) The soundtrack for Illuminations just does it for me every time.

i like them all also but my fav is illuminations, they change it for the seasons but never get rid of it, a very spectacular production that takes hrs to be reset everyday.

Illuminations, especially with the Christmas "Let there be peace on Earth" ending. Wishes runs a close second though.

I hope I never have a vacation where I would just have to choose one!

BUT, if I have to choose, I think Fantasmic. It's like getting fireworks, a stage show, a movie show and a parade all in one. The effects are amazing, and it takes you back to all of the great films that Disney has made, the great songs and the great characters, and a whole lot of Mickey, too! Very cool

you are right about standing in a mob at DL's Fantasmic.... that is why we always go to the 2nd showing and get a table outside at the River Belle Terrace!!!! It's a perfect view, and we have desserts while waiting for the show to start!!!! It's the only way to go!! I have never done the balcony seating... but since there are 6 of us, the terrace seems just as nice, and ALOT cheaper!!!

I voted fantasmic but quite honestly - I love them all and would not skip any of them. Night time in WDW is amazing and these shows are what the magic is all about!
