Facebook Farmville...I need more friends

My sweet DH decided he needed more farmville friends a couple of weeks ago and went into my facebook account and started farmville. Now I play farmville and to buy more land I have to have more friends. I am at the stage to get 20X20 you have to have 16 friends and I do not have enough.

Anyone want to be my friend? Help. Please.

If you do let me know on here and we can go from there. Believe it or not I am so new to all this I am unsure even how to add a freind. Do you have to be my friend on facebook first? I have several friends on facebook that do not show up to add as friends on farmville. Is that strange?

Thanks. I got it an sent you a request for Facebook. Let's hope this allows me to add you to my friend list on Farmville.

I did add 2 people a while back on facebook but on Farmville it does not allow me to add them on my farmville.

The only people that you can add are ones that also play Farmville. If they don't play that game then you can't add them. That is why other friends aren't showing up. YOu can send them a request to join the game and become your neighbor, but some people get really annoyed to have others keep sending them invites to games they have no interest in.

My friend sent me a link that said "300 Farmville neighbors in an hour, no lie"! I clicked on it, and was sent to a fan page. I had no idea how it worked, so I posted a message asking what happens now? I left for work, and when I got home, I had 200, YES 200!!! Friends requests. It freaked me out. All these strangers on my friends list? I don't think so. I deleted all the e-mail notices, and it then took me a awhile to go through the request section and click ignore on all of them. I then unsubcribed from that fan page.

I have enough Farmville neighbors, I need 15 more for my blue ribbon, but I think I can manage to convince more of my friends to play, than have strangers on my friends list.

You can set up a list in your privacy settings that only allow minimal information sharing. When you accept a new friend you assign them to the list depending on how much you want them to know about you. You can have it set where they don't see any photos of you or certain personal information.

You can have multiple lists and assign people accordingly.

I went as far as I can on Farmtown and am waiting on them to add more levels.

So while I wait I am working on Farmville. I need two more friends so I can upgrade my land.

I didn't read who the OP was and was going to respond, but you and your DH are already my friends so I guess I cannot help much! Tonight I will try and suggest some friends for you that are strictly my gaming friends. I have them on a seperate list so they cannot see much of my information.

Feel free to add me if you need more Farmville neighbors. The more neighbors you have the more nice gifts you get and the more of your crops get fertilized. Not to mention the benefits of the ribbons!
