F&W Hours clarification

I've read multiple times that the booths for F&W open at 10 am, but if world showcase doesn't open until 11, can that be accurate? Just wanted to clarify if the 10 am opening is accurate. Thank you!

ETA I am also seeing opening times of booths listed as 11 now, so I could be totally losing it! Sorry in advance if I just got some misinformation.

However, I've learned that sometimes, the ones in the Canada, Ireland area open about 10-15 minutes earlier. So if you hate standing in line, you can hang around by those booths and hit them up as soon as they open.
