Depends on the agency. Several have their cars onsite in the rental car garage, and you simply walk from the terminal. Others have their facility nearby and there are shuttle buses. Hertz is an example of an agency that has recently moved from offsite to onsite.

E-Z Rent A Car is located onsite in the terminal at MCO. No shuttle bus is required. You can find some coupons here:

I had a friend use them last week with no problems. Do make sure you know your insurance situation before hand just in case you get the hard sell.

EZ is in the Orlando terminal and I have used them. The car was good. Had to walk a little further to get it than some of the higher priced ones (Budget, Hertz, etc.) but had no problem with the car.

The only thing I experienced (and called head office about) was that the guy renting me the card pressured me BIG TIME to purchase their insurance even though I assurred him over and over that I'd checked and I was covered by my own car insurance. He went as far as to say to the other guy checking out cars, 'Hmmmm...that's what the guy said yesterday when he wrote off a 42,000 car just outside the airport and now he has to pay for it.' Blah, blah, blah. I was frustrated that he asked me the same question more than 3 times and wouldn't take no for an answer. Frustrating! It's not like it was the first time I'd ever rented a car!

Anyway, I did rent from then 1 time since then and had no pressure at all to purchase their insurance. I was asked but they took my 'no' as a 'no' and moved on.

I have and would rent from them again.

so i think i will use ez rent a car cause their price was 505 for a minivan & plus a 5% coupon
so that makes them cheaper then using the alamo inside disney
if anyone has any major problems with this company please let me know thanks

By the way, EZ is one of the few agencies that reserves the right not to rent to you if you do not prove to them you have kinds of coverages they want on your own car at home and you also refuse their coverages. Two other agencies in that group are Payless and L&M.)
