Not so much screaming.... . Some of his songs are "Livin' on a Prayer", "Blaze of Glory", "Dead or Alive".....anything ring a bell? I would say rock, but definately not metal.

I know a couple of his songs. I did a quick search on the web..they classify him as heavy metal and some said hair metal..never heard that one before. There was one reference to hard rock..I cant quite say i would call him hard rock..may settle and agree with hair metal

Now this is hair metal, great sexy voice and sings a good pirate tune

Girls- I am a bit worried that we will not be seeing any -new- really yummy pics of Mr Depp when he starts shooting his new Move Sweeney Todd- I have a feeling he is going to be looking a bit strage come time for shooting in Feb 07- there is even talk of MAYBE a bald! Mr Depp!!!? eeeek! and ewwww!

I know Bon Jovi, but I was not really a fan or anything of his....I had boys in that age group that listened to him though. I always liked his song, "Dead or Alive"...Always liked the bad boys i guess, and that song reminds me of a bad boy....

Aye, it is... that is the late Hunter S. THompson doing the shaving. Johnny played Hunter S.'s character Raoul Duke in the movie Fear and Loathign in Las Vegas... based on the book of the same title by Hunter S. Thompson.

That's interesting. DH used to work for Billboard magazine, and they classify the genre as rock. Oh well!
