offsite hotels with no resort fees and no parking fees

Your best bet is to look at hotels on 192 in Celebration, both sides of I-4. You should find hotels in that price point.

Disney + resort rates can be as low as $99.

Your $100 off site hotel won't include parking at theme parks. It probably won't include usable complimentary park transportation.

Edited to add Your question is date specific. Some dates Rosen will work.

Probably best to check the website for any local hotels you are considering. Prices fluctuate based on the season as mentioned above. Charging a 'resort fee' is now a common practice with many hotels.

You can find timeshare rentals on ebay for that price. Many don't have a resort or parking fee, but you have to check each resort.

Sept 6-10. I was looking at Holliday Inn Kissimmee. But I saw on somewhere that there were resort fees that even Expedia didnt know about
I see the resort fee on the Expedia website. It’s under policies. The “additional inclusions” include parking according to the hotel website. So there isn’t a separate fee for parking since it is included in the resort fee.

I don’t envy you the task of finding a no fee property. I try to avoid those fees whenever possible myself, as I see them as nothing more than a money grab. If you are going to check properties on a site like Expedia I recommend looking at the policies page for fee information.

If you have a car the Fairfield Inn Lake Buena Vista in Marriott Village is under $112 a night. That is with a $20 charge and 4 nights of parking at $25 each.

The hotel has breakfast and apparently a shuttle.

Never stayed here but it looks like it would be close to your budget.

Edited to add Discounts for AARP, educators, prepaid etc are offered. Some will drop your cost below.$100 per NIGHT INCLUDING tax

Edited free parking claim has conflicting information. Looks like $10 daily

Drury in DS includes breakfast and a light dinner. The number might work IF you're saving enough in meal costs.

Hotel will be over your budget.

What Rosen is this?

One year our flight got cancelled, Disney was sold out and we had to scramble to find something and stayed at Rosen Shingle Creek (I would not stay here again) and it looks like they still charge for parking.

We stayed one night at Hyatt House Orlando / International Drive. I believe it has no resort fee, but we booked on points so double check that. Free breakfast and free parking. I took a look and your dates are $102/night before taxes.

I already edited my post. I'm not sure where I read complimentary self parking, maybe a 3rd party site
Yeah that is the tough part with all those third party sites, I don't think they tell you all you need to know. I find myself double checking with the hotel every time ... and surprise. And sometimes I think it's just outdated, especially with so many old hotels (really motels) adding on parking now.
