Do you still get EEH the day you check out of your deluxe resort? We are moving off property for more Orlando fun but have a ticket for Disney that last day, if it is a EEH will we be able to stay then take bus back to resort and drive to off property locaton??

You're considered a guest at that hotel all day on checkout day and are eligible to stay. I've read one post stating the requirement is for the EEH to begin before midnight, although I've read in the past that you're considered a guest until the last park closes for the day (even if closure is after midnight). In any case, as long as EEH begins at 11, you should be good to go!

No, your MagicBand is scanned at each attraction entrance. Or whatever you use as your park ticket.
