Yea!! I finally got my first review uploaded tonight. I'm going to do some more after my daughter goes to bed! How long does it take for them to be approved/disapproved?

I'm off to add all of you as friends so I can start watching your videos now!

On the ExpoTV site (no matter where you are on the site) in the top right corner there is a search box, and next to it is a dropdown box. It says "videos" by default, but if you click on the arrow, it will drop down to "members". You put in the name you want (the DISer's usernames for ExpoTV are in the first post of this thread) and click on members, then search. Then on their profile page you can click on "add as friend" and it will send a message to them asking them to confirm you.

If you subscribe to a member, you'll get a notification that they have new videos up. We can watch eachother's videos and every time you watch someone's video, they'll get a $0.01 for each view.

I watched all of *****'s videos, but I noticed while watching that the numbers under them didn't increase? Is there something special I need to do to have my watches count?

I've noticed that too. I think it is just because their site is having so many problems right now. Hopefully they are still keeping track even is the number on the screen is wrong.

Thank you sooooo much to the OP. We joined July 18 & me & DH (who was at first skeptical did our 100- and earned 1,000!!!! We were in disney last january & my dh said no way can we go back this year.... but thanks to expotv (and OP ) we just ordered our tickets for this January. YAY!!!!!!!!!!

Hey, thanks for watching my videos! I try to watch all my friends once a day.........but I don't see their numbers increase either. I hear they do later, though. I wish it was instantly!

I just relizes that there is a list of names on the first page .I have some people already and I am going to add the rest. My camcorder is still in the shop. I have had it for 2 years and have hardly used it and now that I need it it is broke. But that is okay it gives me more time to watch everyone reviews.

just curious...was the video synched before you uploaded it?? i have about 25 that got rejected for that, but i believe its because they were being uploaded in the last couple of days of the month, and somehow were knocked outta sync in the upload process...the originals on my comp are fine...*hugs* i know it can be frustrating tho... i decided it was just a learning curve for my first month...

The same thing happened to me!! I went to Walmart and bought a Logitech Quickcam express webcam for $25, and the videos come out great, so I have just uploaded 15!! Maybe this time they won't take forever to get accepted or God forbid, rejected. I was surprised they even took my first video because it was sooo badly out of sync, but I haven't received payment, will they even pay me?? Does anyone know?

They should be starting the July payments in the next week or so. They process payments for everyone at the same time.

No, even playing the video back on my PC they were out of sync. My new videos are still shoing Received with no preview available so I still don't know if I doing it right.

Hi everyone, first of all, welcome to all the new members! The list of user names should be updated to this point on the first post.

I will probably just be popping in very briefly this next week or so. My MIL is still hanging in, but it is now going on 4 weeks without nutrition, so in our hearts we know the time is very close. I am heading out of town to go there this weekend, and we will be taking each day as it comes this next week or so. Thanks for everyone who has kept us in your thoughts and prayers. Please know I will update the list as much as I can, and thanks for being patient with me. Dis'ing is a welcome distraction for me lately, so I may just even stop by to vent a little.

Interesting...I was watching DISers videos last night and I saw a few that were out of synch (if you are talking about the audio being off from when the lips are actually moving). I was kind of surprised they were accepted and now even more so since it sounds like they do reject for that reason. Hmmmm...

Just a heads up for Diser's- I had a couple reviews approved today, and one of them was for Donalds Breakfastasaurus! I wasn't sure they would accept a restaurant review from inside the park, so now that they did, that should open options to lots of other reviews for Disers!

I actually didn't have any video footage, but I did a collection of photos from our trip, and narrated them in Windows Movie Maker. Then I filmed a short intro, and put it at the beginning.
