We buy it by the case!!

Regular and flavored. We love it!

I do have to add though that we are on well water that is EXTREMELY hard. We even have to buy special stuff for our dishwasher or the dishes come out with a horrible white film.. YUCK!

Well seen as I grew up on the east coast of England I would have to go with haddock caught that morning from the fish and chip shop. Harry Ramsdens was our local chippy (and no the one in Epcot is not as good as the origional!!)

I love fried flounder--I don't eat it often.

Salmon, my favorite fish since my DH went salmon fishing with some guys from work about 20 years ago. We were living in California at the time. I remember telling him, he could go but don't catch anything cause I just don't like fish, my father use to go fishing and catch bluefish, no comparison. While he was one of the only ones who hooked one and I have enjoyed salmon ever since. I either cook it on the grill or bake it in the oven with seasoning.

What are your favorite spicies to use when you cook? Grilling, baking, frying...

Just a little salt and pepper and depending on what I am making garlic powder.

We tend to use herbs more than spices, DH has a herb garden.

My favourite spices are dill, rosemary, savory, majoram, and sage. I use them all the time.

Spices......I guess the ones I use most are cinnamon, cayenne, chipotle, adobo, paprika, and Montreal steak seasoning
Also use a lot of basil, oregano, chives, tarragon

My boys are home from college this weekend, so we are planning on getting steamed crabs to eat before they have to head back later this afternoon.

All our unions in BC get together every year and host a picnic for all the various union members. Also all the union bigwigs, and the provincial gov't send reps down to the event to show support for the unions. I've met the official oppostion Carole James, and various other important union people through this picnic. It's alot of fun, and as DH is getting more involved in his local union, I have to attend. It's alot of fun for the kids, as there's alot of family activities. Am heading out to it shortly.
