What color clothes looks best on you, and what color do you try to avoid?

I think that darker colors, jewel tones, look better on me. I tend to avoid pastels but will purchase medium colors. I also avoid solid black or white. I prefer those in a print.

Darker colors look better on me, as I am very pale.

Same here, try to avoid loud patterns, and stick to the more muted jewel tones. I like creams, rich browns, greens and blues. I will occassionally buy something brightly coloured, but only if it looks really nice on me.

O' my, no. I am such a klutz that I would hurt the poor person trying to teach me.

Yes.

I took a Folk and Social Dance class in college.

Joe and I took a Country and Western dance class through one of the community courses a long, long time ago.

I took a Belly Dancing class through the same community course.

The weather has been weird here with it being really, really hot at time, then there are all of the storms everywhere else. How is the weather like in your area?

Actually it was great, nice and warm (though everyone else would say hot). Then it got really cold for a few days, then it was nice and warm again yesterday only to get cold again today.

What the heck is up with the weather?

It's currently cloudy and windy. The aftermath of tropical storm Hermine. It rained a lot earlier during the day. I just saw on FB that there were tornados about. Guess I need to turn on the tv.

Thanks! So far the main storm is south of us. I'm watching the tornado on tv. Can you believe it? There's a helicopter in the air filming it as it touches down and goes for a little ways, goes back up and then back down again.
