Does WDW really pay attention if we book a value for 2A2C, and bring our 3 y/o under the radar? I would like to stay somewhere other than Alligator Bayou at POR, and could also use the $$ savings by downgrading from Mod to Value.
Yes, they do pay attention, because they are there to make money. The possibility that they will notice is slim, but you have to remember that if they do, you WILL be asked to leave, and the fire marshall WILL fine you. You have to decide if it's worth the risk.
I realize this is probably a touchy subject, but really, does anyone notice and/or care? DS3 would sleep in a little pullout chair or some such comfy-ness.
There is very little space in a value resort, less than you realize before you get there. I went in '05 at ASMo with DH and DB12, and we were squished! Kids spread out a lot!
And please remember that the 3yo may get upset being the one who doesn't get a real bed. My DD4 would have thrown a FIT about it. And you need to take into consideration that little bit may get stepped on if (s)he is sleeping on the floor and someone needs to use the potty in the middle of the night.
I realize it might be tight quarters but we would put away his bedroll other than nighttime anyway.
TIA for your responses.
