Ever had to use insurance?

Can some one who has actually had to use their trip insurance tell me what company they used and if they felt they were delt with fairly and got what they paid for? I used DCLs plan last time, but now I am shopping around. Thank you very much for your help.

NOBODY out there has had to use their insurance? I don't know whether to be upset about not being able to get info or happy that no one on these boards was injured during their trip. hehe Oh well, I guess I can be both.
