So if I'm ready this correct, if I make my dd's bouquet, she cannot use it if she uses the gf wedding chapel?

lisa - just becareful the 20 guests includes the bride and groom, so for escape you can only invite 18 people (including children EVEN infants)... Officiant fees depend on the officiant but I think range from $200-300. Ours is $250.

No you can use outside floral for whatever you like! My DM made my bridal party floral in silks... If you need disney to set up extra floral centerpieces or decor, thats when they hit you with a set up fee...

No. You can use non-Disney floral at the Wedding Pavilion.

And you can use an outside vendor for personal floral like bouquets and boutonnieres, just not for decor like altar pieces, swags, chair decor, etc.

I was just freaked out because my original count for guests was 12 excluding me and my fiance. So when I thought that the price was per person, I just decided to exclude 3 people but since the extra person is for more champagne, then those 3 other people can come!
As for officiants, they are expensive!!!!!! I can't believe how much they are! Thats ok though...Can I book my wedding now or do I have to wait until one year. We are looking to do it on 9/9/09. Lol!

For our escape wedding we had to wait until 8 months prior to book the wedding. I tried calling before that and they said they couldn't do it earlier than that. For the Wishes weddings its a year. I think they want to give the people that are going to spend extra time to book everything. So I called on April 9 for my wedding on Dec 9. And they already had 5 p.m. booked so I'm glad I called that day!

For an Escape wedding at any location OTHER than the Pavilion, you can book at 12 months out. You have to wait 'til 8 months out to book the Pavilion (they "hold" that for Wishes brides).

That's just for ceremony locations...reception/DP locations may differ depending on the location.
