Likely a higher crowd day, Dec 22nd..

We have a 5:40 reservation for the Candelight Processional package for Spice Road table, tickets for the 8:15 show.

We'll watch the fireworks at 9:30.

We have extended evening hours for deluxe guests until 11:30.

Would it be reasonable to plan on Ratatouille and Guardians in that ~ hour and a half after the fireworks?

I believe you could do both of those after the fireworks. Only guests eligible for EEH would be able to join queues after the fireworks. You will likely still be in line for Guardians at 11:30 but as long as you are in line prior to 11:30 you will be permitted to ride. I would recommend watching the fireworks closer to Remy if you can.

Maybe??? In September on an extra hours night, on a fairly low crowd day, the wait for Guardians at park close was 90 minutes, and it was definitely 90 minutes. We would not have had time to ride it then make our way over to Remy before park close. We did Test Track instead (a 60 minute wait and it was accurate), we waited because we had not done the new version. Left after that. Guardians was down to a 65 minute wait when we left with about 45 minutes left of the extra hours.
