Epcot Passport Covers??

Does anyone here personalize passport covers? I have some from a couple of years ago, that Pat designed, but of course we didn't end up going and now the DD's have changed their favorite colors! I see now that Pat has not been around for a couple of years.

I have the originals saved, but cannot figure out how to change the background color and still make it look good.

If anyone has any ideas, I would greatly appreciate it!! We leave in less than a month!
