Epcot on New Years Day

For those with experience, how bad is Epcot on New Years Day? Is it as bad as NYE? Are crowds manageable in the morning? I know crowds are heavy that day everywhere, but wondering if Epcot is a particularly bad choice that day.

Agree, although we opt for EPCOT on NYE and MK on New Year's Day for that reason. Folks sleeping in after a long night makes MK a rope drop dream (if you can get up) on the 1st.
