Has anyone yet posted a pdf of the actual guide that list the wine seminars each day? I tried to look back in this thread but can't seem to see it. I see the pdf of the special events and the booth menus, but am interested to see what wineries will be there for the first week in November.

Looks good to me! Not that I expect you to scan it all, but are the wine tasting seminars & culinary demo's in there for the whole Fest?

This is the last of the rating cards! I didn't know what to put for the Brewer's Collection booth - so I will have to fill that one in when I find out what beers they have. Have a great time at Food & Wine Fest everyone!

I'm wondering that with the Brewer's Collection it might change as the event goes on. They might have different beers throughout the course of F&W, which is prehaps why they haven't specified what's going to be available. You might have to keep making a new card for each visit!!

EDIT - Can everyone see the cards OK? Do cards 9-14 show up for you? It looks OK to me... but someone said that they weren't showing up in the post...

So please indulge me for posting again cause I really need to know.

Are weekends a lot more crowded at the F&W Festival than weekends. For those staying on (or off) property, do you go on both weekends and weekdays or just during the week. We will be there for 8 days and I certainly don't want to miss anything. But if I can avoid battling large weekend crowds I would prefer to do so.

So, what do all you regulars do? Curious minds want to know.

And, BTW, I can see all of the scans perfectly now. Thanks Forever42 for reposting.

Does anyone know where the book signings take place? I'd love to meet Jamie Deen and have him sign his cookbook. Also, is it okay to bring my copy of his cookbook from home for him to sign, or should I plan on buying a new copy? Do these signings usually take very long? It's not my Epcot day, but I may zip over from the MK just to see him. Sorry for all of the questions.

We've found Friday & Saturday evenings very crowded. If you are looking to cruise the booths & get in on any free seminars they typically have been less crowded during the week.

For culinary demostrations & free wine tasting seminars, you will need to arrive early, even during the week. People start lining up for "the good ones" as early as an hour before. Last year they moved the wine tastings inside to the Welcome Center, which was much better than standing outside in the heat. This the culinary demo's will be there also, so that is a good thing!

Twyn, The book signings will also be in the Welcome Center. (The old Wonders of Life Pavillion)

Yes it is noticeably busier during weekends, especially in the evenings. My touring tip for weekends would be to go at opening (11am) It can depend though, some weekends are just more busy than others. I've seen it on the last weekend of F&W and it was super crowded. The way I schedule things I do usually end up going a few times, maybe one evening during the week, once for the whole day, and then maybe a quick pass through on another day. I'm on site and have a park hopper, so it's a great way to get around just about everything!!

DH and I have DS8 in tow, so we don't usually stay very late. I do know some folk can get a little rowdy later on, but being British I've seen worse. It's worth taking note though, as you don't want some idiots ruining your day. Mind you obnoxious people have a tendency to turn up any time of day.

Looking over all the menu's is making me very hungry. My stomach is rumbling so much right now.

Thanks for posting the PDF link, we won't be going this year, so it is nice to see what we will miss. Not sure if it is me, but it seems like a smaller festival in some ways. Perhaps the same or more signings and cooking demos, but fewer wine classes. FWIW.

is it just me or does the brochure with the seminars, etc seem to be more bogged down with bottle and book signings than years past? Looks like they are trying to beef it up by putting those in, not to mention adding in the ticketed events, which I also don't recall being in the day by day schedules in the past either. I don't have last year's guide in front of me, so I may be wrong...
