Nikki, if you follow the link in my signature to the 2007 food reviews from October, you will find on the very first thread post links to reviews of Party for the Senses, as well as Food & Wine pairings at Le Cellier and Rose and Crown.
Just follow the links.
If you look for BriarRosie on this thread, she also did a review of her F&W events from 2007 - the link to the Larded and Loaded Tour (2007) is in her signature as well.
PFTS is great because it's a sampling of wonderful food and alcohol for two and a half hours - as much as you can put away for the most part. I'm not mentioning any names but some people turn into bottomless pits at this event.
And it's more upscale and creative offerings than you would find by just roaming around the world showcase.
We also like the pairings that are offered at different world showcase restaurants during the week. You typically get a three-course meal with wine pairings - this has been a very affordable option over the years, but I'm sure that's going to change (someone at WDW will catch on sooner or later and jack up the price some more).
There are others here who have tons more F&W experience than I do, and I'm sure they will be happy to offer their suggestions when they have a chance.
Just follow the links.
