Epcot after 4 tickets?

Someone asked me if they could purchase an ticket at a reduced price if they were going to visit Epcot one evening only. I know there is an annual Epcot after 4 ticket for $117, but I cannot not find additional information about a half day ticket.

Any comments?

Sorry, but generally speaking, a one-day reduced price ticket is not available at any WDW parks (see certain exceptions below).

Florida residents can purchase the Epcot after 4 ticket.

Florida Resident "After 4" Epcot Annual Pass

This is a rather obscure pass that gives admission to Epcot only in the afternoon and evening (after 4:00 pm). It is used by local residents who only want admission to Epcot in order to enjoy the restaurants and evening shows, and maybe hit an attraction or two.

Price of the "After 4" Pass is $124.61 for adults and $109.70 for kids the first year. Renewals are $113.96 for adults and $100.11 for kids.

Purchase this ticket at the gate; you must have proof of Florida residency.

I guess Disney assumes that if you are purchasing the after 4 you are interested in eatching at one of the restaurants so they are making more money that way

Why do you think that's so amazing?

Its for only ONE PARK and only for after 4 (when its generally very crowded).

The Florida Resident "Season Pass" is for ALL 4 parks day or night, and costs right around $230 per adult.

This is absolutely correct. I will be there next month for a convention and can only buy the "after 2" tickets through a link from the convention organizers and they will only mail to your office! I called Disney group reservations and if your convention is not on their list (mine wasn't) I could not buy the tickets. Even though our convention has filled the Swan and Dolphin!

The price is not great - about $46 for one day after 2 p.m., no hopping - so it was cheaper for me to buy 10 day parkhoppers from ticketmania - worked out to about $33 a day with parkhopping privileges and non-expiring. This will ensure a future trip to The World!!
