Engraved Glass Slipper at Royal Table?

Just saw this as an option: To create a true fairytale, we offer our engraved glass slipper. This costs $65.00 plus tax and 18% gratuity.

Has anyone done this?

Is it worth it? I saw another thread that said they just bought one at the disney store for cheaper....but is the CRT version the medium slipper?

I have done this actually, and it is the same sized one. I had a few options as far as color goes, I think Blue and Pink. Now, I did an engagement/proposal package, so the price of this slipper was actually included in the overall package price, and I was given the option of having words/names on 2 sides of the slipper as well as the date in the middle of the shoe. So, I'm not sure what options they offer now at CRT, but the size is the same.

The difference is the engraving. At CRT you can make it more personable. For DD5th birthday. Name on one side, dreams come true on the other, birthday on inside. Birthday was the day we did the slipper. It was presented on silk pillow with petals.

I am doing this for my daughter's Sweet 16 celebration at CRT Breakfast in November..I can't wait!!

We may do the white chocolate slipper mousse plated desert to go along with it. I think it was only $12.95.

You can e-mail Disney at wdw.crt.special.events@disney.com or call 407-824-4477. If you e-mail them, they will send you pictures and descriptions of your different options.

The slipper, yes. They have them at the glass blower booth at Epcot (In Germany?, I'm forgetting exactly which country now).

I do not know if they will engrave them there. But I did see them in the case on the same trip we got one at CRT for DGD

do they still have the cart near Pirates that sells the slippers? can't remember if they do engraving. might be less expensive than $65 w/ 18% gratuity.

my daughter has one of the engraved glass slippers from CRT but we did not pay for it. its nice but not sure i would have a hard time paying almost $80 for it.

Yes, the glass blower shop is in Germany.

They definitely do engraving there, but I don't know the details about the slipper.
