EMH - Schedule???

At what point do they release the schedule for the Extra Magic Hours? And where do you get it? It always seems like we find them out when we get there, but I was wondering if there is a way to find them out in advance to plan better.

An easy way to remember the EMH schedule is this:
MADE MAD

Sun.- Magic Kingdom
Mon.- Animal Kingdom
Tues.- Disney MGM Studios
Wed.- EPCOT
Thurs.- Magic Kingdom
Fri.- Animal Kingdom
Sat.- Disney Studios
