Do any of you actually go to an EMH day when a particular planning source tells you to avoid?

Do any of you still attend a park on opening when EMH is at night?

EMH....is it that scary with crowds in September?

1a. Nearly every day.
2. Sure.
3. Nope.

1b. When the sites "don't recommend" those parks, that tends to be advice for guests
who cannot (or won't show up in time) to actually EXPERIENCE the EMH.

If you have a hopper you might want to start the day in another park and then move over to the park that has EMH at night. Late night EMH usually aren't that bad especially the later it gets.

We are not fans of getting up even earlier to make EMH (especially considering we are often in a park to close the night before). So we avoid EMH and RD another park that day.

Yes we have RD a park when EMH evening is scheduled as we would not stay that late and regular opening crowds at RD same day are not impacted by evening EMH.

We use the emh park schedule to let us know what park to avoid. With the emh parks being crowd magnets, we go to the lower crowd parks. We prefer lower to higher crowds.

Thanks. We planned our days already but the MK days are EMH days at night and one morning. Just concerned. Epcot also is EMH....and we can't change it around. Your thoughts/advice are welcomed!

i don't follow crowd calendars and i don't use them for my planning.

if there's an AM EMH i ALWAYS take advantage!
you'd be surprised at what you can get done in just an hour.

if i'm staying for PM EMH i still do RD.

the only time i've seen it "scary with crowds" is between xmas and new years.

in september it shouldn't be too crowded.
