We are going on a Western 7 day in Feb. If we want to avoid the major lines but not get on really late - what time would you advise arriving to check in? When is the worst rush over?

I've cruised many times, including the Disney Magic. I always found it easy and convenient to board as early as possible. Especially Disney, The ship is empty at such an early time. I suggest getting there early(11:00-12:00), boarding and enjoying the ship as empty as possible.

I too would recommend getting there as early as possible, particularly for the Magic. With the Wonder, the line does not form as early because many people check in at WDW and arrive from there. With the Magic, everyone must check in at the port. Therefore you will want to arrive around the time the port opens, if possible.

The recommendations appear to be get to the embarkation point early. What time does the port / embarkation site open?
