Elevators i assume at DVC Poly longhouses

Since original poly buildings that are now dvc had elevators, i would assume that they were retained for the dvc longhouses. i know okw doesn't have them even though there are 3 stories there

thx don't know how disney was able to not put in at okw...would think building codes would have required for 3 story..ada was enacted in 1990 but wasn't amended to include access rights for new construction until july 1992. could have sworn they were still adding new buildings in at least 1993 or even later
just did a quick search and there are apparently 3 buildings that have elevators- 62, 63 and 64. that would make sense since they were last ones built and would have had to comply with 1992 ada

Because 3 buildings have elevators, they don't have to retrofit the others. It's not dissimilar to how trains don't have to have every coach be accessible, but need at least one coach accessible.

OKW has always had accessible villas. They are on the ground floor. There are a lot of TS condo/villas that do not have elevators that I have both seen or visited.
