Eat, Run and Celebrate- Day 7- Last Day and New Orleans

Pat, you got some awesome pictures on the Safari. Great job. :thumbsup2

Thanks for the bridge picture...I would really like to do that Trek someday.

Nice update. I've noticed the rope bridge in other people's pictures, but didn't know you could see the lunch spot and other observation places while on the safari ride.

You can but it is not obtrusive.
Remember with my zoom lens "objects in lens appear closer than they really are"

Hey, how do you know when you reach the "end" of the safari?

When you come to the end of the "tail"(trail) :lmao:

Great pictures Pat! Okay, you are killing me! You have to buy that dress and mug!

:rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2: I really don't know why I didn't buy it that time. I could have had it sent to the resort. :rotfl2:

Thanks. I was in "research "mode for that safari. :) I hope to do that Trek too.

Hey stranger. I was in slow motion that morning, I mean afternoon.

I have enjoyed being solo, don't have to cater to anyone's needs but my own, change my mind or shop without being bugged to hurry up or slow down. No whining but my own ... ;)

:rolleyes1:rolleyes1 no not at all, at least about solo touring. :rolleyes1

I don't know if they are that fabulous but I understand the photos at work thing. I can see photobucket but not smugmug or whatever Brook uses.

Excellent Question! I've seen some other TRs where it appears they start their safari at the "end." :rotfl2:

Even though I am not super hungry I know from experience that I have to drink water and eat something.

I stop for an egg roll at the egg roll cart. Shrimp /pork eggroll and an ice water. I bring it back around Yak and Yeti to eat. Lots of families and lots of screaming kids and worn out parents.

I eat and enjoy the fact that I am not dealing with that.
.

Good shots of the tree. You know I did not even get any close up pics of the tree when we were there. I will fix that in April!!

I even surprised myself sometimes with the shots I was able to get.

Put it on your list for April. :thumbsup2
