i'm late getting ready for church -- but TODAY is my day to JOURNAL!
 
I went to Mass at 7:30 this morning.--- so I got an early start on my day.

I spent the last two hours decluttering my bedroom--- I've decided that my house is going on a diet with me.:rotfl2:
and I'm about ready to pop in a NEW WW exercize tape I brought last month that I haven't opened yet--- I'm going to try the 10 minutes abs section and the PIlates section.

Hi everyone

NJcarita Funny we are thinking alike today. I was at 7:30 mass this morning also. My sewing space has been going on diet also. I got rid of 4 bags of garbage today and organized things. Not done yet but I can find some things and can also see the table which the first time in almost a year.

I will be weighing in some time this week but have a dinner tonight for the marching band. At least I will be running around doing the set up and the take down.

wow 4 Bags!!!!!!!!--- I only got rid of 2 --- but it felt very liberating.

Last night 12 of us went out to Cracker Barrel for Dinner:grouphug: .
I was a little concerned about what to order-- Cracker Barrel is NOT low cal--

So I ordered off the kids meal( says KIds of ALL Ages) -- I ordered the kids grilled Chicken Meal --- It was great and extremely portion controlled.
 
njcarita -- WTG on making a healthy choice at cracker barrel!! my DDs love to stop there so i know what you mean about their menu!

ok, i'm really going to resize that clippie now -- sorry about that!!

i didn't finish my journal yesterday! i HATE reporting that but i must if i'm going to work this plan. i think i went too light and by 5 p.m. was starving and snacked :eek: NO MORE OF THAT!!

having a healthy breakfast now, planning on my 3 mile WATP before DD and i head out the door for errands and her dr appt. she's not thrilled at spending her day off with a dr. appt -- oh well. the sacrifices one must make to miss a week of school to cruise!

:welcome: to the newcomers!

it was asked when to post/PM your weight change for the week. I guess i thought i'd try everyone just doing so on their regular WI day and if it gets too hard for me to find and track than maybe i'll ask you all to do so at the beginning of each week for the week prior? suggestions??

got my workout done!
 
I am in - I didn't get any work out in but plenty of errands and rushing around to get home by 1:30pm and the person who was suppose to be at my house cancelled - actually - I thank her cuz now I am home and have a bit of the afternoon to myself!

I am counting WW pts - will be using Sparkpeople - no eating after 7pm - no chocolate candy and no alcohol until I get 10 lbs off! That is my "contract" to myself - and surely I don't want to let me down :rotfl: I was pleasantly surprised today that I was back to my number before the DIS trip and my jeans "slid" right on................. "I like it, mmm uh mmmm I like it" but not well enough to say that I want to remain at this weight, nope, want to be back to where I remember being a bit "thinner" - I do feel better and the quote on the baggage hit home for me, too!

We can all do this together and once again the support of WISHers will be my ever-present thought when I tend to drop from the wagon..........thank you WISH buddies for being here!!!

AND...........we're off it's WEEK 1 (for me at least) :banana: :banana: i_hrt_mickey - WTG with 5 gone already - WOO-HOO!!!!
 
I am in!!!! I started my own thing last Tuesday and my 1st weigh in will be tomorrow, so start me out!
I want to lose 20lbs!!! Yeah, big goal, but I want to aim high!!!:goodvibes I am sure with my WISH support, I can do it! We will see tomorrow how I am doing!;)
 
A little late to the party, but I would really like to join. I've been struggling to gain control over my eating, and perhaps a good ol' WISH challenge is just what I need! I'm planning to visit my sister in NYC over Easter, and I would LOVE to be a bit smaller.

Put me down for 9 lbs, please. I'll start with tomorrow's weigh-in...
 
I weighed in today and I've lost 3lbs. That puts me at 3/12.

LOTS to do today and i just agreed to work a shift on Thursday so that's even more to get done during my days! so nice to get the DDs off for a full day of school, that hasn't happened since my return from WDW last week! i do have a 30 min workout in my schedule for today, i think i'll do my Denise Austin DVD later this morning. for now....cofffeeee.................

I am here and joining. I have to say I joined the January thread but haven't been committed. I am NOW. Please put me down for 10.

I will be journaling today and counting points, drinking plenty of water (after I finish my last cup of coffee) and no snacking after 7pm tonight.
