Saw this idea on another site. Bought a cheap kids watch and some dollar store elastic hair bands. Cant believe Disney isnt capitalizing on this add on yet.
Thank you sooooo much for posting this!! I was trying to figure out how to carry my magicband without wearing it cause I can't stand having things on both wrists and really need a watch. This solves my issue!
I am at work so I don't have a picture of mine. I found a "rubber" watch at a kiosk at the Galleria in STL that was a fish slap watch that looked like Dory. I then found a "Mouse" watch on ebay very similar to this http://www.amazon.com/slicone-micke...F8&qid=1426858458&sr=8-33&keywords=slap+watch you just need to make sure that the watch comes off the band, then slide it on your magic band. Easy peasy.
I found myself constantly looking at my MB to see the time, so I made a watch out of it.
Guess if you are super worried about the spring pin you can put a dab of super glue on the spring. For this project I would recommend a cheap watch that you aren't super worried about
This is such a great idea! Now the only question is which watch to buy -- I might have to get a couple, just to coordinate with all my magic bands, of course.
