I did a search in the forum for pirate night and I seen where some people had it on Nassua night and others had it on
Castaway Cay night. So your guess is good as mine. I also notice that some of the diner rotations were set up were you would have the same dining room 2 nights in a row (e.i. PTTA). One of the nights in a row was pirate night. I did find someone that posted the menu:
