Early Morning Check-in?

I will be getting into MCO after 9PM with 3 families & 2 infants. I am thinking of catching a towncar/van to All-Star for the 1st night, then checking-in early at BWV the next morning. A couple ?s:

1. Can we check-in at DVC during the AM hours? (I realize the room wouldn't be ready, though.)

2. If so, will the front desk move the luggage transferred from ASMo up to the room when it becomes available?

3. Will we be able to buy UPH at check-in at the All-Stars, or would we need to wait until the following morning at BWV?

I checked into BWV on Sunday at 11 AM and my room was ready! It is unusual, but it does happen. As for luggage being transferred, they do that whenever they have time, so you may have to wait several hours for your luggage to arrive. Keep with you anything that you can't do without for a couple of hours.

Your passes should not be purchased at All Stars, since they are length of stay passes. Wait until you transfer over the next morning.

You could buy the UPH at All Stars for one or two days. Then you would have to buy another at BWV when you check in.

I have checked in as early as 7:00 am. If the room is not ready, you will get your room keys and a phone number to call later in the day to provide you the room number. Early check-in is great, avoids lines and often provides opportunities to pick from various locations, if several are available.

Last week we checked in BCV at 10:30 am.

Room wasn't ready, but we were given keys and enjoyed the pool.

Bags were conveinently held and we had access to them as often as we wanted - to dig out bathing suits, sunscreen, sandals, cameras, etc.

We also brought food that needed to be in a fridge. Bell serivces at BCV had a fridge for that as well.

When the room was ready (1 pm) I left the ppol and had the bellhop bring everything up. I guess he could have done that without me, but i went along to give him a tip.

We checked in at 2:30 AM the day of check in. It was after midnight so it was actually our check in date we just got there alot earlier than expected but they had a room for us in about 10 minutes. So we actually for the reality of the issue had a free night in the room although it truly was the day we were supposed to check in.
