Early checkin question

We're leaving for AKL tomorrow . We should be arriving there by 10:30 am and I know our rooms probably won't be ready yet. I've requested a refrigerator for our room primarily because my baby's medicine needs to be refrigerated. Would there be anyplace that I could refrigerate her meds until we get back to the room? We have PSA at the Biergarten for 3:30 so it will be a while before we return.

Just tell the CM at the desk when you check in. They will take care of it for you.

Also, when we requested a refrigerator for our room at the WL, we were told that we would have call down from our room when we were able to check-in to our room and would have to be there when they delivered it. We asked if they would just deliver it when we were out and they said they couldn't do it, so that may be something to think about also.

I need to clarify a bit. when I said they would take care of it, I meant they would put the meds in a fridge in the back lobby to keep it for you till you got back and got officially checked in your room. You do have to be in your room for the fridge to be delivered.

Is this in all the resorts? and why do you have to be there and will they deliver late?
