So, when are we going to do our meet on the first day? Do we want to say 2:30 on deck 10 overlooking either the goofy pool or the mickey pool?

The goofy pool at 2:30 works for me, I think it would be less crowded than the Mickey pool. We plan to be on the ship as earlys as possible, maybe we'll run into some of you over lunch.

I think Deck 10 by the goofy pool sounds good, which side port or starboard? I can't remember how the ship sits but I vote for the side that is by the terminal, I think it is starboard. I don't think we should meet by the pool itself(Deck 9) because it will be crazy busy. I'll bring the goody bags and list of participants to the meet.

I'm starting to fall into the pressure of trying to find the perfect presents for my kids for Christmas even though we swore we wouldn't do that this year because we were going to count the cruise as part of their presents. DD wants a camera to take with us. That's fine but then I got to feeling bad that she won't have anything to unwrap. I might confiscate it from her when we get home and have her unwrap it anyway. She also wants a basketball hoop. I think Santa will bring that. We are getting Andy a wagon. DS is just is getting too old, the two things he wanted DGma said she would buy.

Cristi--I'm with you on the gift cards, we are buying gift cards to different restaurants for my parents. They go out for lunch on Sundays and I know that they'll use them.

Patty--I have a McCall's pattern as well. DD wants the skirt and belt, they look simple enough. I think I'm making the vests for the boys, but I'm not putting lining in them. I'm buying some sort of white shirts, there were just too many pieces.

Susan--I'm sure having your DH home is a great help to you. Especially the next couple of weeks. Is your DD back in school now until the cruise or is she on one of the longer breaks?

We picked up additonal suitcases yesterday on sale at Kohl's. They're bigger so I can get more stuff into fewer suitcases. Now its time to get serious about packing for DD and me.

Don't stuff too much into them, then you have to worry about being over the weight limit.

I think Deck 10 is the best place because it won't be as crowded. The side next to the terminal sounds good. I don't know which side that is either. We will look for Stacie and her goodie bags.

Hi everyone. Welcome Jen and family. I have a DD who is 7.

We took John today for his 9 month portraits. It's the first professional portraits we've done. We've staged some at home. I think they turned out well. I'll post some later when we get the CD downloaded.

Tomorrow I have my wisdom teeth out. I'm so very nervous. The information I had to sign listed cardiac arrest as one of the side effects. I know that is rare, but it has me nervous enough. It also said broken jaw.

I have a formal dress now. Still not sure what David is going to wear. Rachel has a multitude of dresses to choose from.

I may be out of commission the next few days. Just as long as I recover before the cruise so I can enjoy the food.

Oh, Patty, Rachel will be wearing her swimsuit under her clothes for the cruise. She wants to do the Mickey slide. Maybe we'll see you and Laura there before the meet.

And Stacie, we got John a walking toy today that folds flat. We plan to take it on the cruise to give him something to do.

Susan, good luck with the wisdom teeth. The next few days probably won't be the best, but by cruise time you should be ready to party.

Rachel had a baby tooth pulled today. She was supposed to go back to the dentist to get the one on the other side pulled next week, but he wants her to go to an oral surgeon for it. I guess the root is right up against the perm. tooth and he is worried about the tip of the root breaking off. That still gives us a week and a half before the cruise so I am hoping that she will be fine for the cruise.

Susan--Here is some for tomorrow, hope everything goes well! Maybe Andy and John will have to swap toys mid-week, then they'll both have new and interesting things to play with for the rest of the cruise.

Susan - Good luck with the wisdom teeth tomorrow, I had mine out my first year out of college - I won't tell you how long ago that was- but it went smoothly.

Laura swimsuit is already packed in the carry-on bags. Hopefully we will be able to get some lunch down her before we head to the Mickey pool - she's so excited. So we'll probably see you poolside.

Laura's fifth baby tooth is loose, I hope she looses it before the cruise, I don't want to have to worry about the tooth fairy on the cruise. She got kicked in the mouth last week at Pump it Up and that has loosened it up quite a bit.

We finally got our cruise documents today!!! We were eating dinner when the UPS guy knocked. David opened it and said "We are sorry to inform you that the ship is full and you will not be able to cruise with Disney this year". Rachel had a look of shock on her face and said WHAT??

Here are a few pictures of John from today. The first outfit is his formal outfit for the cruise. The second shirt says "Daddy's Caddy". We bought it when we went to Disney when I was pregnant last September before we knew the sex. We also got a pink Minnie one.

Thank you for the pixie dust and well wishes for tomorrow. I hope Rachel recovers quickly and Laura looses that baby tooth too. Although Tink could probably fill in for the tooth fairy.

Thank you Cristi. He can be quite the ham. He also has quite the temper. He can scream his cute little head off He's chewing on the computer cord, so I better go.
