Early admission and transportation advice

So I know Oct 1st is when you are able to enter the parks 30 minutes early. My question, if staying at an approved Disney Springs Resort; how does that impact if we decide to ride share to the MK for example? Do parking/cars get let in to the TTC earlier or what is the best way? I would assume they'd open the lots/ect earlier but have to verify you are staying/scan band before they let your uber drop you off?
