Yikes - I did not pick photos before the expiry!!! And now the website seems to be down and I can't tell if they are truly gone.
The expiry was April 11 - does anyone know if they are lost forever or if they might still be there when the site gets up and running again or if there is alternate way of retrieving them?
I have already emailed the general inquiries email for Photo Pass but it takes up to five days for a response apparently.
