DVCers! What do you like to BBQ on the grills?

Just hubbie and me. We'd like to grill but I'm looking for some ideas -- What are your "HOME" favorites on the grill!???

At BCV last year (family trip) we did grill zuchinni strips and buffalo burgers, but this year there's only two of us....

We had a first floor room facing the quiet pool at Boardwalk last year. We bought a package of hot dogs, and whenever we saw someone else using the barbecue we would thrown on hot dogs right after they finished!

Do you have to bring your own charcoal?

Can you dine by the pool?

We use the grills every year - sometimes just burgers and dogs, other times we have grilled marinated chicken breasts, steaks and kielbasa. We usually grill once or twice on a week long trip. We love the grills and picnic tables by the quiet pool at the BCV. Yes, we bring our own charcoal.
