DVC Member Web Site - My Cash Nights Aren't Showing Up Today?

Hi All,

Yesterday when I looked at our account info on the dvc member site our cash nights were showing up - only they were listed as points with the dollar amount for the night. Today when I checked the only thing I can see is the points reservations. Anybody else notice this?

I had a cash night on my record from last May, it showed 296 points for 1 night at OKW (1 bedroom). That was actually the cash rate. It's gone now. I think it was too confusing to have it show as points, so maybe that's why they took it off.

This happened with us too, and I reported it to Member Services. Our cash nights were listed as points, with the points being equal to the dollars of the reservation. They assured me that my reservation was in the system as we originally intended, and that they are still working some bugs out of the system.
