We are having to change the routing number on our bank account for automatic withdraw of our monthly dues. I've googled and called but haven't yet found an address where I can mail a copy of our bank deposit slip.

Does anyone know this info?

Too bad they don't allow this to be updated or changed on the dvcmember website. I do almost everything online now and I would think many people do! LOL

Call Member Accounting in the morning. Same phone number as MS, different option on the phone tree.

Thankyou for that info. I guess I should have explained further. I have called and been directed to the right area where you hear a recorded message of the address. Two problems. I'm just hard of hearing enough that I can't hear the message very well. I'm also slow enough that I don't write it fast enough and by the end of the message I'm pretty much nowhere. LOL

I think I'll go dig through my piles of paperwork....I'll bet it's in there somewhere huh?

Again, thanks for your help. :)

You can fax the information to Member Accounting.

The Planner Tools portion of the Vacation Planner has the following address for mailing dues payments. Not sure if it should be used for bank changes:
DVCMC, Association Manager
PO Box 277090
Atlanta, GA 30384

Disney Vacation Clubs main address in FL is:
1390 Celebration Blvd

Did this yesterday.

Need voided check with Membership number and when to start the withdraws.

Be sure to use a voided check (not deposit slip) as the ACH route# may vary..

Not sure what ACH is but I had no choice but to use a deposit slip. Actually I had to send along BOTH......the voided check which showed our bank account number, which is still the same number and also a deposit slip that has the new banks routing number on it and the teller coded our account number on the deposit slip. This way the folks at member accounting will see how ONLY the routing number has changed, the voided check with the old routing # and the new deposit slip with the new routing number. LOL I just hope they aren't too confused.

I haven't run into anyone who has had this kind of thing happen when their bank did a name change like this so I'm slightly uncomfortable with it all. Then again how often does a bank change names like this?

Thanks again for all your help. I really appreciate it.......ain't this place the best though? :cloud9:
