any thing with the DVC logo on it

Used to see quite a bit on ebay, but not much for clothing lately, other than ball caps.

I sent an e-mail through the dvc website asking about dvc member clothing. Their response was that merchandise can only be purchased at the resort and that there were no current plans to have merch. available online.

I must admit that I'm puzzled by Disney's limited variety and marketing of DVC clothing. I haven't been very impressed with what is offered at the resorts, and keep hoping that they will widen their line of merchandise. Disney is usually eager to seize any opportunity to get people to buy, buy, buy. But DVC themed stuff is remarkably sparse. JMHO.

Yeah, it is disappointing that they don't have some sort of a catalog available.

DVC is probably figuring that they've got 70-80,000 members (some of which would be the same individuals with multiple contracts), which is a fairly small audience for which to run a merchandise sales arm. Plus you have to figure that every member makes regular trips to WDW. As long as the merchandise is available there, we should have regular access to it.

Keep asking at the resort meetings and perhaps it will come to fruition some day.

long time ago and I mean long - maybe 94 or 95 - they came out with catalog - they didn't sell enough to ever publish it again.....

I don't know why they haven't tried again - since they now have so many more members....

It had some nice stuff - too high for my budget - but very nice stuff if I remember. Oh yea they were celebrating the 5th annivery so that makes it 96.. however if you went to the gift shop at OKW - you could find some of the same stuff at greatly reduced prices.....

when I am there - I only look at the sales item (at least 40% off) and what I can wear to work - so no shorts or T-shirts. I am not the only one during this - so I think most DVC member really want a bargin and DVC is not willing to put out a bargin catlog.
