I have to print this thread for DH! We're up to 550 now (400 OKW and 150 HH) and he thinks we're rolling in points! Of course, we STILL had to borrow already this year....hmmmmm.....better check the resales.....

Even at 2000pts, it's still a lot less than buying a vacation home and maintaining it which some of us do.

2000pts X 84/pt = $168,000 purchase price

2000 X 4(maintenance fees) = $8000/year

We got 2500 points. We use them for DVC resorts, DC, DCL, and Concierge Collection. We love Disney and it's so easy calling DVC and getting ressies. They are so nice.

Hey Nick, if I bank all my 2004 points into 2005, and then borrow all my 2006 points into 2005, then add those together along with my regular 2005 points I'd have enough points that year to make the 1000 list.

Does this qualify me to be on the list once every three years?
