Dumb Magic Band Question

Are they water proof? In other words... do you keep them on in the pool, shower, etc. ? My family keeps asking me and I don't know the answer. Do you basically keep them on for the duration of your visit?

They are waterproof, but I don't see the need to have them on while you shower.

We were told they are water proof. They go on & off very easily though. My kids took them off in the room and everyone put them on the table.

They are waterproof. You will need them to get into the pool area at the resort, so I would leave them on while you are swimming. Just be sure they are still on your wrist when you leave the pool area, as we found one at the bottom of the pool. As far as in the room, showering, etc., we did not leave them on at night or while we were in the room. The only thing to be careful about is forgetting them in the morning (or any other time we left the room). DH always goes down to CS to grab breakfast for everyone and coffee. Because he hasn't had his coffee, he forgot his MB about every morning and couldn't get back into the room without DD or I opening the door for him.

I would not recommend leaving them on if you don't need them (i.e. swimming) they DO fall off.

I left mine on the WHOLE time I was there last time and had no problem. In fact, my husband kept taking his off and he was the one who lost his. (taking it on and off loosened the fastener). It's totally waterproof.

I don't get why people leave them on for their whole time in Orlando, but they do. I saw people with them on at Universal, even. (I think Uni needs to make their own "coverband" things just for fun LOL)
