DTD boat service change

CM's have been advised that the DTD MktPl dock will be closing on 2/22. Beginning that date, boat service to PO will shift to the PI dock, and water taxi service to MktPl will be discontinued.

The change is expected to be in effect until at least fall of this year.

The notices also seem to say that, oh BTW, service to OKW & SSR will be combined into a single route (Blue Flag). I don't know whether this is accurate or just an error on the notices, but it's worded that way in 4 different places. OKW & SSR boats will continue to dock at the West Side.

Perhaps a 10-minute walk. But because the MP dock is kind of off in a corner, the walk to any place in MP should be about the same or less.

People seem to think it's a long way from La Nouba to MP, but the walking length of the entire DTD is actually under 3/4 mi.
