Hi all. I'm thinking of booking with Dreams Unlimited for a package in October 2016. Good idea? Is there a person(s) who I should request when getting a quote? Thank you

You're posting on a website that is also owned by the owner of Dreams Unlimited.
From HERE...
"Unlike many other Disney fan sites that recommend travel agents without disclosing that they have a financial relationship with them, we choose to make that clear up front. We recommend Dreams Unlimited Travel because they are part of the WDWInfo.com / DISBoards.com family. The owner of WDWinfo.com and DISBoards.com, Pete Werner, is the founder of and part owner in Dreams Unlimited Travel. Dreams Unlimited Travel was founded in 1999 (two years after the launch of the DIS) to address what Pete saw as a gap in the travel market. Traditional travel agents didn't have much experience with Disney – they based their recommendations solely on Disney's marketing material. That's great for Disney – but not necessarily for the traveler. Disney won't tell you when a restaurant isn't any good, or if there are a high number of complaints with a particular hotel, and for the most part, neither would traditional travel agents."
The short answer for those without time to watch: You'll get a personal agent that has expert first hand experience on whatever your quoting or booking and they are your point of contact.. Partially because of this site and their podcasts if I needed to book something via an agent and they handled it, I would most likely use or recommend using them to friends and family. A quote is just a quote, can't hurt to ask.
