DH and myself booked a placeholder on our Oct cruise. We did this with intentions of transferring reservation to dreams unlimited travel agent. I have called numerous times and left a few messages with no success. Is this common, am I doing something wrong? Still holding out hope this can be done.

When in October? The placeholder must be transferred within 30 days of being made.
