Dreams Unlimited--Buena Vista Suites?

On Dreams Unlimited site, I got a rate of $89 for Buena Vista Suites for March 14-18. Everywhere else I have looked (hotel's website, hotelkingdom.com, hotels.net, expedia etc) the best rates have been around $129 for a Queen Suite (2 queen, 1 sofa sleeper). It also says it includes a full breakfast buffet. Is anyone familiar with this hotel and the breakfast? It seems like a good deal, but I want to make sure.
