I’m planning to put up pickled “zukes” this summer so wish me luck at the farmers’ market.
I’m so glad I over shopped on prepared food this weekend. It’s too hot to cook in the house right now.

Tonight, I had some green salad mixed with lox, capers, lemon and cherry tomatoes with a cup of sorrel soup on the side. I’m going to look for some avocados in the market tomorrow; they are always good to add to cold dishes this time of year.
